Step by step: how it works

1. Choose a travel plan or create your own! Start by exploring our six suggested travel itineraries. If one of these feels right, fill in the booking form linked to that trip. Would you prefer something more personalised? Using our building blocks, you can design a journey that matches your interests, pace, and travel style. We’re here to help, so get in touch via email or phone, and we’ll work together to create a custom route.

2. Custom Proposal
You will receive a clear and detailed travel proposal, which will include information on the route, accommodation, prices, and optional activities. There are no hidden costs.

3. Confirm your booking
Once you are happy with the plan, confirm it by email. We will then make the official booking through our guarantee partner, STO Garant.

4. Safe payment

You will receive a secure payment link from STO Garant. Your payment will be held in a third-party account and will only be released to us once your trip has begun. This provides you with full financial protection.

5. Final preparation
You will receive a comprehensive travel package containing your final itinerary, travel tips, emergency contact details and local guidance.

What Is STO Garant?

STO Garant is an independent financial protection system for travel organisations based in the Netherlands. It works with a secure escrow (third-party) account to protect your payment until your trip begins.

- You pay into a secure third-party account, not directly to Into Nature

- We only receive your payment after the trip has started

- If we are ever unable to deliver your trip (e.g., due to financial insolvency), STO Garant guarantees a refund or suitable alternative

How the Booking Process Works

1. You request or confirm a trip
We collect your booking details: name, travel dates, number of travellers, and trip price.

2. You receive a secure payment request
STO Garant sends you an email with a payment link (iDEAL or bank transfer) and an explanation of the guarantee.

3. You make your payment to STO Garant
Your money is held safely in escrow until the trip begins.

4. You receive confirmation
After payment is received, your booking is officially confirmed, and you’ll receive a guarantee certificate.

5. You enjoy your journey
Only once your trip starts will your payment be released to Into Nature.
